Shipping and Returns

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

Please contact us ASAP at hello@khlorisbotanical.com.

BEFORE SHIPPING: Your order can be cancelled up until the time that it leaves our premises. The amount of time of day that you have to cancel (i.e between placing your order and shipping) will vary depending upon the time that you make the order and if it’s a weekday or weekend. You’ll usually have minimum of at least a couple of hours.

AFTER SHIPPING: If you want to cancel your order after we have shipped it, that may be possible at our discretion. Contact us to discuss.

What happens if I want to change my order (i.e change the size, or edition or number of bottles I’ve ordered)?

The amount of time that you have to change it (i.e between placing your order and shipping) will vary depending upon the time of day that you make the order and if it’s a weekday or weekend. You’ll usually have minimum at least a couple of hours.

AFTER SHIPPING: If your change involves needing to return your original order after we have shipped it, that may be possible at our discretion. Contact us to discuss.

What happens if the product is damaged during shipping or I find that it’s faulty?

This is hopefully very unlikely given our effort and care, but never say never!  If it does happen, we may offer you a replacement, refund or credit as appropriate in the circumstances. Please contact us immediately at hello@khlorisbotanical.com.

What happens if my skin reacts when I use the product?

If you have experienced a reaction, we recommend that you take a rest from your Khloris and reach out to us at hello@khlorisbotanical.com. We will send you some information about the next steps to take.

To make sure that you have had a chance to try our product before investing in it, especially if you have sensitive skin, we do offer samples, so please get in touch at hello@khlorisbotanical.com and we’ll pop a sample in the mail to you. Samples are free if you live in Australia and we charge postage-only for overseas customers.

Can I return the product once I’ve opened it and tried it?

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges in this situation. To make sure that you have had a chance to experience our product before investing in it, we do offer samples. Samples are free if you live in Australia and we charge postage-only for overseas customers. If you would like to try a sample, please get in touch at hello@khlorisbotanical.com and we’ll pop one in the mail to you.

How long will it take to receive my Khloris order?

Within Australia: We use Express Post for our Australian orders. Australia Post guarantees this as next-day delivery (except for some very remote locations). If you place your order before 12pm on a weekday you’re pretty much certain to receive it the next day. After 12pm it’s likely to be next day, but this will depend upon exactly how late in the day you order.

International: We use Australia Post’s Standard International Post, which is tracked and should take about six business days to arrive anywhere in the world. The actual delivery time will depend on customs and local carriers in your country though, and is out of our control. If you need your order quickly, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@khlorisbotanical.com before you order and we’re happy to arrange different shipping options.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Every Khloris order is tracked so rest assured we’ll help you to find it.

You can check the status of your parcel any time at: Australia Post Tracking

If you think that something has gone amiss and the tracking doesn’t reveal anything useful, please first contact your local post office to see if your parcel is being held there. If you have no joy with that, reach out to us at hello@khlorisbotanical.com and we will immediately lodge a formal query with Australia Post to investigate it.

What if I don’t see my country on your shipping list?

We will remove a country from our list if we become aware of a regulatory or logistical issue with getting our product to customers in that country. If you don’t see your country on the shipping options, contact us at hello@khlorisbotanical.com to discuss if there are alternate ways for us to ship an order to you.
